Our Puppy Promise
Bringing home a new puppy is such a special experience, and we want it to be joyful and stress-free for you. To make sure everything goes smoothly, here’s how our process works:
Deposits & Payments
Health & Care
To reserve your puppy, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit guarantees that your chosen puppy is held just for you, no puppy is considered reserved without it. The remaining balance can be made in installments or paid in full at the time of pick-up.
Please remember that all deposits are non-refundable. Puppies must be picked up within 5 days of the scheduled pick-up date unless other arrangements have been made. After that period, the puppy may be made available again, and any payments made will be forfeited.
Health & Care
Our puppies are raised with love and the best possible care from day one. Each puppy goes home with:

A full health exam by a licensed veterinarian

Deworming treatments on schedule
Travel & Delivery
We love personally delivering our puppies to their new families whenever possible. Local deliveries within one hour are free of charge. Travel and flight nanny services start at $350 and vary based on the destination state and airline policies. Every delivery is handled with care to ensure your puppy arrives safe, comfortable, and happy.
